Open Session – A Different Burnout Café in English
We’re very happy to welcome you to the first meeting of our new English-speaking online self-help café!
Today’s session will be an open share session.
You are invited to bring whatever is on your mind. Whether it’s a small daily challenge, a recent struggle, or something confusing you’d just like to voice out loud – you can share as much or as little as you like in this safe and supportive environment.
A moderator will be present to gently guide the meeting. There is no set topic today – unlike our themed sessions, this space is open to whatever feels important to you.
You can speak, listen, or simply be present. Experiences are shared without pressure or judgment.
Sometimes, what makes the biggest difference is realizing:
you’re not alone – others feel this, too!
Joining via https://us02web.zoom.us/j/805791047 is always possible and recommended 10 minutes before the official start. This time is for settling in, chatting with one another, or resolving technical issues before we begin. We value everyone participating with both video and audio, as this is the only way to ensure a trusting exchange. Please test your camera and audio when joining. Further support for Zoom can be found here. Once the official start time has passed, joining is no longer possible, as late arrivals are even more disruptive online than at in-person events.
